Steril-Aire is an ultraviolet bulb fitted on the coils of the air-conditioning, heating and ventilating (HVAC) systems killing coils, bacteria and viruses at 99%.
HVAC systems work by extracting warm air and passing it through a cooled heat exchanger known as a coil. As the warm air is forced through the cold coil, moisture forms on the surfaces of the plates. The warm air extracted from the building contains sneezes, coughs, bacteria, and viruses. Due to their size, these microbiological elements pass through the filtration system and lodge on the dark, moist coil plates which provide the perfect environment for them to breed, form mould and infect the air with bacteria and viruses.
The infectious air can cause allergic effects as Sneezing, Asthma, Headaches, and tiredness and Airborne diseases as Flu, Saars, Tuberculosis, and Bacterial Pneumonia.
